Eric attended the University of Arkansas and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Elementary Education.

Eric Fleckenstein is a business leader
With a track record of success in operations, business development, and business ownership. Before joining Trash Sergeant, Eric owned Yeti Services, a pool business he founded that grew to over $500K in annual revenue. He recruited and led a team of 35 employees and subcontractors and managed more than 100 pools, including weekly maintenance, remodels, and repairs.
