Building a Veteran Talent Pipeline
We have engaged with the Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS), a U.S. Department of Labor program that helps employers connect with veteran talent. We also admire the SkillBridge and Hire Heroes USA programs, which identify veterans transitioning to civilian careers. Besides our current veteran ownership and those we have on staff, our long-term goal is to create a path for veterans to join us as "Trash Sergeants" and/or other management level roles as our company grows.
