Lance Borden

President

Lance Borden is a successful real estate PROFESSIONAL, US Army veteran, and SENIOR executive with a wide range of business and entrepreneurial achievements.

Before joining Trash Sergeant, Lance founded multiple real estate investment LLCs and earned his real estate broker’s license, negotiating millions of dollars of transactions and managing construction renovation projects within his real estate investment portfolio. Prior to that, Lance spent twelve years in the medical device industry for Fortune 500 and private companies, including Johnson & Johnson and St. Jude Medical.

After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1999, Lance spent five years as an officer in the U.S. Army and earned the Bronze Star for exceptionally meritorious service while serving in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

In 2017, Lance and his family founded and launched a 501c3 non-profit that has educated and trained people through podcast episodes and live seminar events. He has also served in multiple volunteer roles at his church.

 

Lance has a B.S. in Economics from West Point and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. He and his wife have four children.
